The car was nice and had fairly low mileage. I was looking for a Lincoln with a moon-roof and a few other features that this one didn't have.

Classic American Luxury - 2010 Lincoln Town Car sedan

The exterior look of the rear-drive Lincoln Town Car is a traditional rendition -- with a chromed Lincoln signature grille that stands upright and is flanked by bright quad-beam halogen headlamps. The Lincoln Town Car sedan is available in Signature Limited and Signature L models. The Signature L is the long wheelbase version, adding six inches to the standard sedan providing an additional 7.5 cubic feet of luxurious space and increased leg room for rear cabin passengers.

In addition, the Signature L model comes equipped with a Rear-Seat Amenities Package which includes heated rear seats; illuminated cigar lighter on each rear door; one-piece floor mat with Lincoln Star logo; rear-seat four-way head restraints; rear seat center fold down armrest with storage bin, tissue bin and two cupholders; rear-seat illuminated visor vanity mirrors; dual power points; secondary audio/climate controls; and secondary front-passenger seat forward-and-back control.

New this year is the availability of the Continental Edition Package. This new equipment package features: Continental exterior badging, Continental stitching in the front floor mats, chrome "B" pillar appliqués, and 17-inch chrome wheels.

Power for the big Lincoln sedan is generated by the automaker's sophisticated 4.6L V8 engine and joined to a modern 4R70W four-speed electronic automatic transmission with overdrive.

A solid frame creates a robust foundation for the suspension hardware that includes a front independent system featuring unequal-length control arms, coil springs and ball joints. The rear suspension features a four-bar link system with Watt's linkage and air springs. A precise rack-and-pinion steering system replaces the recirculating ball setup for better handling and lower steering effort.

Inside the amply-equipped cabin, well-laid out displays and controls are coupled with comfortable seats to make traveling a refreshing experience for driver and passengers alike. Armrests and cupholders are decent for front and rear occupants. Back seat passengers are welcomed into a friendly environment.

The Town Car also has a cavernous trunk to match – it will easily swallow the luggage from all the occupants with room to spare. The Lincoln Town Car is hard to resist for those individuals that love to drive or love to ride.
